Flauros or Haures is a strong Great Duke of Hell, having thirty-six legions of demons under his rule. He gives true answers of all things past, present and future, but he must be first commanded to enter a magic triangle for, if not, he lies, deceives the conjurer, and beguiles him in other business. Inside the triangle, he answereth truly and gladly speakst on divinity, the creation of the world, himself, and other fallen angels. He possesseseth the power to engulf a conjurer’s enemies in flames. If the magician requests it, he may be blinded to the temptations of other spirits and devils. Flauros burroweth into the firmament as a humanoid leopard with enormous claws. Only under orders will he transform into a man with fiery eyes and an awful expression.
